Cancellation Policy:
Payment includes tax.
Return/Refund Policy:
Prior to August 31, 2017 - FULL REFUND;
from September 1, 2017 to September 14, 2017- 50% REFUND;
from September 12, 2017 to September 23, 2017 - NO REFUND

Career Fair Weather Cancellation Policy: Neither a refund nor a compensatory registration at an upcoming Fair will be issued if the Fair is in operation as scheduled and an exhibitor is unable to attend due to adverse weather conditions in an exhibitor?s geographical region of origin or the region in which the Fair is taking place.
In the event Memorial University cancels the Career Fair due to unforeseen circumstances ONLY the following will be refunded: Basic Package and Sponsorship package (if applicable), additionally lunch passes 
Late Payment: A late-fee of $75 will be added if full payment is not received by October 28, 2017.

Terms and Conditions
All marketing items and equipment will be kept in a secure location. However; the organizers of the Memorial University and College of the North Atlantic Career & Graduate School Fair will not be held responsible for lost or stolen goods left in our possession. All goods left after the close of the fair must be taken with the exhibitor to be arranged for pickup via a courier service by end of day.
